We do not sell personal data. We do not process payments directly — any purchases are handled entirely by third-party platforms (see Section 5). No account registration is required to use the Service.

2. Cloudflare — Security & Performance

This website is hosted and delivered via Cloudflare. Cloudflare acts as a reverse proxy and may process certain technical data — such as IP addresses, browser user-agents, and server logs — solely for security, DDoS protection, caching, and load-balancing purposes.

Cloudflare automatically sets strictly necessary cookies that do not require user consent under GDPR or the ePrivacy Directive:

• __cf_bm — distinguishes humans from bots; expires ~30 minutes after inactivity.
• __cflb — maintains session consistency across load balancers; valid up to 24 hours.
• cf_clearance — related to CAPTCHA/challenge verification.
• _cfuvid, __cfruid — rate-limiting and request queuing.

We collect minimal data directly from users:

• API Keys (optional): If you voluntarily enter a third-party AI API key (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) into the AI Assistant panel, this key is stored only in your browser's localStorage and is never transmitted to our servers.
• Favourite Time Zones: Dashboard preferences are saved in your browser's localStorage only — no server-side storage.
• Contact enquiries: If you contact us by email, we retain your email address and message content for up to 3 years for support and record-keeping purposes.

We do not collect names, addresses, payment data, or any sensitive personal information. Any purchase-related data (name, billing details, payment information) is collected and stored exclusively by Digistore24 — see Section 5.

7. Cookies Summary

• Analytics (no consent required): Simple Analytics — cookieless, no personal data.
• Advertising (consent may be required): Google AdSense personalisation cookies.

Our website infrastructure is delivered via Cloudflare, which operates globally. Some third-party services (in particular Google AdSense) may transfer and process data outside the European Economic Area.

We ensure that all third-party providers we link to maintain appropriate data protection safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

TimeZoria AI is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data, including:

• HTTPS encryption across the entire website (enforced by Cloudflare).
• No server-side storage of API keys or user preferences.
• Minimal direct data collection to reduce exposure.
