TimeZoria AI ("we", "our", "the Service") is a free web application for checking and converting time zones, with an optional AI assistant. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used and what rights you have.

We do not sell personal data. No account registration is required to use the Service. The current version of TimeZoria AI does not use affiliate links.

2. Cloudflare — Security & Performance

This website is hosted and delivered via Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses, browser user-agents and server logs for security, DDoS protection, caching and load balancing.

Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies that do not require consent under GDPR or the ePrivacy Directive, including __cf_bm, __cflb, cf_clearance, _cfuvid and similar security cookies. Their use is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

3. Simple Analytics — Privacy-First Analytics

We use Simple Analytics to understand aggregated traffic and page usage. Simple Analytics is designed to be privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies, does not collect personal identifiers and does not require a cookie banner.

4. Advertising

TimeZoria AI is supported by advertising. Advertising may be provided by Google AdSense or other advertising partners when enabled. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own policies and applicable consent requirements.

Advertising is kept separate from the time zone tools and editorial content. The presence of an advertisement does not mean that TimeZoria AI endorses the advertised product or service.

Where required by law, consent is requested before non-essential advertising technologies are activated. You can change your choices at any time using the "Manage Cookies" link in the footer.

5. Data We Collect Directly

We collect minimal data directly from users:

• API keys (optional): If you enter a third-party AI API key in the assistant panel, it is stored only in your browser's session storage for the current browser session. It is not sent to our servers.
• Favourite time zones: Dashboard preferences are saved in your browser's local storage only. No server-side account is created.
• Contact enquiries: If you contact us by email, we retain your email address and message content for up to 3 years for support and record-keeping purposes.
• AI assistant messages: If you use the optional Koah Labs assistant, the message you send may be processed by Koah Labs under its privacy policy. Do not send sensitive personal data.

6. Cookies Summary

• Strictly necessary: Cloudflare security and performance cookies — no consent required.
• Analytics: Simple Analytics — cookieless, no personal data.
• Advertising: Google AdSense when enabled — consent may be required depending on your location.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings or privacy extensions. Blocking advertising cookies does not affect the core time zone tools.

7. Your Rights (GDPR & Other Regulations)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. For data controlled directly by TimeZoria AI, contact us using the details below.

For data processed by Cloudflare, Google AdSense (when enabled), Koah Labs (AI assistant, when used) or Simple Analytics, please use the respective provider's privacy controls or contact the provider directly.

8. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure is delivered through Cloudflare, which operates globally. Advertising, analytics and AI providers used by TimeZoria AI may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own safeguards and privacy policies.

9. Children's Privacy

TimeZoria AI is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Security

We use HTTPS across the entire website and avoid server-side storage of API keys and user preferences. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a restricted API key where possible.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
