• AI Assistant — an optional assistant for natural-language time zone queries, powered by your own third-party API key or the built-in offline mode.
• Advertising — the Service is supported by third-party advertising.

The Service is provided free of charge. No account registration or payment is required to use the core functionality.

3. Permitted Use

You may use TimeZoria AI for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the Website or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to extract data from the Website at scale without prior written consent.

4. AI Assistant — Third-Party API Keys

The AI Assistant feature allows you to optionally enter your own API key from a third-party AI provider such as OpenAI, OpenRouter, Google Gemini, Anthropic, DeepSeek or Requesty. Please note:

• Your API key is stored only in your browser's session storage for the current browser session and is never transmitted to our servers.
• When you use the AI Assistant with your own key, your query is sent directly from your browser to the selected third-party provider's API.
• We are not responsible for responses generated by third-party AI models.
• These providers operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies.
• TimeZoria AI does not receive, store or process API requests sent directly from your browser to third-party AI providers.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of AI-generated responses, particularly regarding time zone data.

Time zone information provided by the AI Assistant is for informational purposes only. Always verify critical time data independently.

5. Advertising & Third-Party Links

This Website may display advertisements from third-party providers, including Google AdSense and other advertising partners when enabled. Advertisements are kept separate from the core tools and editorial content.

TimeZoria AI does not control the products, services or content displayed by third parties and is not responsible for their accuracy, availability or performance. When you click an external link, the destination website's terms and privacy policy apply.
